Responsibilities:
Manage the Mobile Baptist Association office and develop office procedures and practices for efficient office operation.
Serve as personal secretary to the Executive Director of Missions and be responsible only to him for the fulfillment of her other duties.
Develop and maintain procedures, routines and practices for receiving funds and disbursing same according to the budget and with the approval of the Executive Director of Missions.
Process the day-to-day functions of the budget including posting disbursements and receipts, maintain payroll, balance checkbooks, reconcile all bank accounts; create monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
Supervise other secretarial help as assigned.
Assist the other staff members as directed by the Executive Director of Missions.
Help promote the work of the ministry areas as directed by the Executive Director of Missions.
Serve as Clerk of the Association.
Serve as hostess for associational functions as assigned.
