Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate the international ministries of the Association, balancing the needs of the seamen ministry, language churches, International Language School, refugees, and migrant work.
• Assist churches in developing ethnic/language evangelistic ministry programs.
• Initiate and help organize ethnic/language missions and churches.
• Manage the Center facilities and budget in order to discern budget priorities and processes to adequately fund the International ministry areas and maintain fiscal accountability.
• Seek to enlist, train, and guide volunteers to assist with the ethnic/language ministries.
• Work with port officials and other ethnic/language organizations to strengthen these ministries.
• Work with the appropriate committees (especially the International Ministries Committee) and Mobile Baptist Association program organizations to improve the International ministries.
• Support all emphases and ministry areas promoted by the Association.
