Responsibilities:
- Marketing the encampment via publicity materials.
- Camp brochures (meeting and sleeping facilities,
recreation options, meal options, & etc.).
- Bi-annual newsletter.
- Web site content and freshness (coordinate with
web-master).
- Mailings to target groups and blanket coverage.
- Seek for new ways in which to promote the
facilities.
- Marketing the Camp Via Program Development
- Develop retreat packages for target groups.
- Produce planning package for prospective guest
groups to use in planning their event.
- Set up speaking engagements for Director and or
Marketing Director through out the year.
- Plan program promotion events during the year.
- Recruiting summer staff from collages and
churches.
- Guest Services
- Summer Camp duties – Assistant in programming.
- During Retreat Season (non summer camp time) -
Assist with recreation program on an “as needed” basis. Coordinate with
Program Director.
- Marketing Products
- Ordering supplies for coffee shop and promotion
items.
- Fundraising
- Assist Camp Director in the Capital Campaign program.
- Assist in all special events with coordinating and
conducting.
