Responsibilities:
- Supervise all kitchen activities. Enforce all health
standards and regulations established by the Department of Health plus those
deemed necessary by the Camp Director.
- Supervise the serving of all meals.
- Plan all menus according to healthful nutrition
standards two weeks in advance for approval by the Camp Director.
- Submit the food order purchase with the proposed
menus.
- Provide for special food needs such as cookouts,
snacks, and special events.
- Create job assignments for kitchen/dinning hall
summer staff.
- Supervise year-round Cooks and Kitchen Staff.
- Participates in the total Camp program as long as
primary duties are not neglected.
