Receptionist/Church Development Assistant
Responsibilities:
Serve as general office receptionist. This will include but not be limited to:
Answering the telephone.
Greet visitors and assist as necessary.
Assist Administrative Secretary.
Coordinate daily activities with Church Development Director, Administrative Secretary and Executive Director of Missions.
Serve as assistant to the Church Development Director. This will include but not be limited to:
Correspondence, telephoning and other secretarial functions.
Set up and print promotional material, mail-outs, cards, etc.
Operate all office machines including computer.
Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
