I accepted Christ when I was ten years old in a summer revival.  My father had a dynamic Paul-type conversion shortly afterwards, becoming a deacon and leader to build the first Baptist Church in my community.

I immediately began serving Christ.  From the age of sixteen I was the church pianist, sang special music at services, and taught Sunday School.  Following in the footsteps of a Bible-teaching mother, I have taught Bible classes, Schools of Prayer, and retreats for many years.  Serving Him has been my life.   

Each day at the Baptist Student Center has been a day to serve Christ in the lives of college students and it has fulfilled my call to Christian service.
